While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

RV trailer store.com This site is fake…

RV trailer store.com This site is fake as they come I have literally paid attention to them I would order all that they had on like certain plugs and stuff from Hopkins and then as soon as I would add them to the cart to go check out they would add another 14 after saying they only had five left so when I go to check out my card my bank would deny it and guess what when they deny your card that has to cancel your entire card block your card lock your card and get a new one do not buy from them they are clothing store out of China or something like that. If they're even that. And it's RV store trailer.com that's the fake one.

Camera really is cheap vunerable Chinese crap

Camera is cheap Chinese crap
Camera is cheap Chinese crap. Cannot keep reliable Wi-Fi connection to camera when trying to use outside on vehicle. Does not show reversing guide lines and support just suggests I have incorrectly connected. Refund requires tracked return to China and not the UK address shown on delivery package.
Do not recommend at all.

Avoid this company

RVs Trailers present themselves as a legitimate US company but they ship you items direct from China at inflated prices.
I paid $93 for an item I have since found for $29 on sites such as Temu, Ebay and Amazon. They are essentially a drop shipper.
The item arrived not as advertised not fit for purpose. The reversing camera came with just a weak tape adhesive (not the strong magnetic attachment ad advertised).
It was also advertised as all weather, however it's charging port, SD slot and microphones etc are all uncovered and open to dust, water and dirt meaning it is entirely unfit for purpose.
The positive reviews on their website also do not match all the negative reviews left on other websites for the same product.
I emailed them with my dissatisfaction
but am still waiting for a response. Their website claims the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns despite sending a defective product.
Avoid this company at all costs

Total scam

Total scam, they ship defective products and then try to charge you most of the cost of the item to return it, and then say it's a user error so won't refund you.
