This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! There is no way to communicatewith them other than email, no physical address, no phone number, NOTHING!
I placed an order for 2 rebuild kits for my electric HappiJac camper jacks and only recieved one kit. Each kit is almost $100 and the company took more than a month to answer my emails promising to look into the order and never replied! I would never deal with them if you value your $ at all!!!!

Ordered a water heater, they charged my credit card, tried to email for when it would ship and they just ask for the order number. I have gave them the order number multiple times and no answer. Not sure if I will ever see what I ordered for $1100.00!! Absolutely awful customer service!! Do not give these guys your money.

Untrusted company, stay away from this web site. Read carefully before bying anything on this website, no address, no phone number, a Gmail email for sale support or question but they don't answer any email. Place an order a month ago, no news, 2 follow-up emails, no news. Even in the Shopify application that hey use, no order status.

They don't communicate but did pull through after all hope seemed lost.

Ordered parts April 20,2025, order confirmed and my credit card was billed. Then silence. Emailed for order status on May 3rd and again on May 24th. No response. Now June 16 and still nothing.

Update June 20th. Received a shipment notice right after I wrote this review and sent them another email on June 16. Arrived today. Two pieces ordered, they only shipped one. Sent another email, no response to any emails yet. We will see.

Update June 24. Recieved my first email from them. A quick apology for short shipping and that they were shipping the 2nd piece which I did then receive. In the end, order was completed.

Fraudulent website. Website looks legit, and is run by Shopify but I didn’t receive my parts. Got a SHOP tracking number but items have never been shipped, now over 30 days waiting.
Won’t respond to emails. No phone number. Website has an email address but not getting any replies from that either (gotta cut and paste email, no automatic email reply). Now, I did use an alias email address and questioned him on an out of stock part, of which I did get an immediate response from somebody saying that they didn’t have any in stock. Replying to that email order, which did have an Order Number, accomplished nothing, still no response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Okay so there was a bit of confusion with my order. Thought there was something Fishy going on so notified the appropriate Authorities. However it turns out that I was given the wrong Canada Post Tracking #. Finally received Items today Feb. 25th and all is good. The Calvery has been called off!

This site is fraudulent. It looks legit, but they will process payments and never ship anything. Phone numbers don't work or were removed. No responses to email. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Web site looks legitimate. Once you place an order is where things get bad.

No contact phone number. No ETA on part arriving. No response to your emails on where and when your part will be delivered. But sure grab your money.
Wanted to support a Canadian company.

Bottom line is out a lot of money and no indication of If or when i will get the part i ordered.

Do not order anything from this company.
