Honestly, didnt have a problem with the site at first. Lost some money but thats just how it goes. However, I spent enough to get up to their gold level in their reward system which gives you 2 free gold cases. I open one no problem theres a 12 hr cooldown I didnt open the other for a while. I go to use the last one today and it never actually opens the crate gets stuck on “opening…” but never opened. Refreshed the site and it takes my key but gives me no money. Hit up support thinking it would be an easy fix they'd just give it back to my account but no. Rude ass support would not refund my free case key saying it was a “visual glitch” and now im left here with nothing. After giving them a bunch of money they dont even wanna give me my rightfully earned key, kinda crazy. Im never returning to this site and honestly you should not trust them whatsoever, extremely shady website.
