Used Rustico in Newhaven tonight and what a disappointment it was.

Slow service throughout. Taken to the table and it took 20mins to be asked if we wanted drinks.
After waiting another 15mins we ordered 2 pizzas which took another 45mins!

Not once in this time was we app and ask if we wanted more drinks!

Guess what!!!!! Took 2 mins to bring the bill and take the money!

Needs to improve before we ever return!

Amy was amazing, as were all of the staff. They are young but knowledgeable about the menu and they certainly all have the banter.... Amy!!!

Poor service. Too late in taking order and then prioritising takeaways over diners. Disappointed.

I recently ordered a passport cover from Rustico.com. The order arrived very quickly. However, I was disappointed with the product because there was a hole poked in the leather and the dye on the leather was uneven with white patches looking as if the color was already wearing off without being used. The hole was my biggest concern. I emailed the company and they responded immediately asking for pictures. I sent pictures taken on my phone. Within 24-hours they wrote back stating this was a normal finish for a rustic product and that a replacement could not guarantee any difference. I would have preferred a discount for a damaged product due to the hole in the leather. A hole is not part of a rustic look. Not pleased with the quality. Their service, however, is impeccable.

Terrible and cheaply made products, photos are misleading. Not leather!!!

Ordered a notebook and pen gift set for my uncle. When it arrived, there was no pen and someone had used a box knife on the front of the leather notebook. I wrote them in hopes this could all be fixed... that was a half a month ago... I'm very disappointed and feel ripped off. I do not recommend this business.

I’ve ordered from Rustico three times and two of the three times the product has been defective. On one item, the stitching was crooked. I sent it back for repair at my own expense and it took a long time for it to be returned. The most recent experience was related to product color. I ordered ocean blue and the product is black but labeled blue. Again I shipped back at my own expense and the package was returned to me as evidently the address on their return authorizations is no longer valid and there was no forwarding address available to the post office. Steer clear of this vendor everyone!

I ordered something for a Christmas present for my father on December 18th and the website said that it would get here in time. When I saw that it still hadn’t shipped a couple days later I contacted customer service and they told me that it would ship out the next business day and still arrive on time. Well when that Monday it still hadn’t shipped so I contacted them again and this time they told me that it had been put on back order because of the color but that they could expedite one of a different color and get it to me in time for Christmas but surprise surprise Christmas rolled around and I had nothing to give my dad but a story about why I didn’t have anything for him. The website looks very professional and the products look good but that doesn’t mean much if you don’t get what you pay for and get lied to by customer service.

Their Black Friday/Cyber Monday Promotions are very misleading and confusing. I purchased Black Friday Deal because it promotes as such.  Now, I see a better deal today, so I contacted the customer services. They told me that they could not adjust the price because I bought it on that day. Gee, I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE PACKAGE! THIS IS MY LAST PURCHASE. NEVER AGAIN!

Rustico's in Telluride is a great place to dine. Friendly and courteous service. Great good at a great price.

ordered a simple Bic lighter cover. web site says orders ship within 2-5 days
6 days later item shipped. email them sorry everything's hand made it takes time! sure glad I didn't order a Jacket or Purse buy else where

Totally love these guys. They made the single most used piece of leather accessory i have which includes several rustic books. always being dropped, the corners can bounce of anything, including thrown at cars in intersections! The cover fits tight and inside sleeve is a secure fit for smaller paper, like stamps. Scratched, gouged but never ripped, leather has an awesome pantena now and looks like a hide that expect to be left in a puddle, and just might. green book doesn't look like hell when it's finally filled. Buy one, never replace again. Recommend to all.
