This was my first ever purchase of a house, so I had no idea about the process. Russell & Russell explained everything, patiently answered every question I had, warned me in advance of any potential pitfalls and all throughout the process, they remained dedicated, diligent and professional. Should I need a solicitor's help in the future, they will be my very first port of call. Thank you once again.

This is the second occasion when we have asked Russell & Co to deal with our property move, and this was a fairly long, drawn out affair, due to the economic issues that had arisen when our property was originally put on the market, Simon Chambers & Laura Hopkins were with us all the way and always available to advise on issues, and for that, we are most grateful. I had to deal with Russell and Russell due tobthe unexpected death of my step mum. They were requested to send the original will, which they told me they had done, unfortunately by first class post, it didn't arrive at probate so that resulted in a nearly 6 month wait for probate culminating in them apparently "finding" the original will 22 weeks after they had informed me it had been posted. Russell and Russell did not inform me they had the will it was purely as I phoned probate for an update that I learnt of the situation. To date they have not contacted me to advise they found/had the will all this time. No thought for the stress that this has caused me on top of the unexpected death back in September.
