Admittedly, I was nervous about this process being all online. Fortunately, I was quickly assisted by Amanda F. She was quick to respond, professional and exceptionally helpful.

I was nervous going through an agency and actually chose another company at first but canceled as soon as I saw the reviews. Dropping over $600 on an emergent need is definitely scary but I’m so happy I chose this company. They were responsive to everything and if they didn’t answer they would call back within a couple of hours. They made the process seamless and everyone I talked to gave me the correct info. My passport came in earlier than expected (a week earlier) and would use them again!

Y’all…I won’t lie. I was scared to send my passport thru the mail. But, it worked out perfectly!! Customer service reps Ana and Kobe were extremely helpful and answered so many questions. And their online system is easy to understand, easy to follow and if you make any mistakes..,they are very quick in letting you know how to make it right! Even “Amy” their AI after hours rep was amazing! My expectations were blown away!! I would tell anyone to use Rushed Passport! Thanks Y’all! Oh…and my passport arrived the Friday after I Fedex’d it on a Friday!! ONE WEEK!!

Everything went well. There was a delay and I did not receive as quickly however the customer service team was informative and I did receive the passport. I suggest giving yourself a couple extra days in case because you need know.

I received my passport a couple of days earlier than I was told. Customer service took my many calls asking questions or just being worried about the whole process. I can't deny I was weary at first. However, they delivered an exceptional service!

Give people a hard time all the way thru the process it’s my second time using them. First time everything went smoothly and fast but these second time they gave a hard time my questions where never answered it’s just back and forth between them and I. And know my passport it’s going to be late I have to move my trip due to passport not arriving on time…

I was very impressed with the service Rushed Passport provided. I received my expedited passport 7 days (5 business days) from when I mailed in the old one. Just as important was the kindness Lasia showed me. I did not have any previous experience with expedited passport service. It was all new to me. My numerous questions were all treated respectfully. Even the Post Office was giving me pushback on one or two things but I stuck with Lasia's instructions and I shipped my passport on a Tuesday. The following Tuesday I got an email saying my passport docs were approved and my passport is shipped. I had to organise an emergency Passport for my Granddaughter who is American as the family were cming to vist me in Australia. They were very helpful through the whole process and it arrived the day before departure.
