VISUALLY UNACCEPTABLE PRINT
Horrible job. Apparently no quality control, our digipak was very dark, the fine vibrant artwork was killed and mutilated, the matt lamination made it grim, awful, and despite having taken care on our end to make the borders around the artwork perfect in line with their template, it arrived VERY noticably off centre. It was horrible. They accepted our return - albeit reluctantly - and we received a refund, but the cost of sending it back for a refund - £80 via UPS because it was heavy - was never refunded. It was a waste of time and money. The worst printing experience I've ever had with any product, and the CD was being shipped to America for a major promo capaign. DISASTER. I only feel compelled to leave this harsh review because chat GPT just recommended them to me when I asked for high quality digipak printing service in the UK. Had to scold chat and tell it just because this is the first result on google, it doesn't make it a good recommendation. Words can't express how bad that print was. Some of it was peeling off as well. Just bad, bad, bad. Not recommended at all.

Needed a simple scan of a painting in a frame and a single print of this scan. Rush did a great job handling and caring for my painting and an excellent scan and print. Will use again in future. Friendly staff and knowledgeable.

Never received my order
Never received my order. Placed a 2 day delivery order. Had to call to understand where my order after 4 days. Got told will receive order for another 3 days.

The service was great and really helpful. The only thing I'd comment on is the lack of communication regarding deliveries. It would be good to get an update on when the shipment was out on delivery.

We really appreciate your comment and we do apologize if you had an inconvenience with the deliveries. We are wondering why you haven't received the email with tracking details. Our system has issued tracking details a day before the delivery date. Also, the parcel has been delivered by DPD which usually gives 1-hour delivery window by 9am. We cannot find any chasing email from you regarding the deliveries.

I chose Rush-print as they were local to me. Order process was efficient with the draft being sent quickly.
I would have liked to collect the print as it was needed at weekend but was told it was not possible as it was actually printed out of town and then delivered direct. I was therefore a day behind with my plans.
