Scam - stay away. Luckily paid with Amex so hopefully can get the money back.
Spoke to the chat, via email, reviews from before were positive - still a scam. The bank account receiveing the money looked dodgy but I was too tired to question it.

SCAM!!!
Made an order for a coffee machine and received an email with an order number and payment link. I emailed to change my delivery address and got a response within minutes. I later paid for the coffee machine and sent an email asking for confirmation it had been received but had no reply. Repeatedly emailed to no response. Obviously a scam and now I have to try to get the money back through my bank.

Beware
Like others here, I placed an order after reading positive reviews here initially, however, despite good communication at the time of ordering and shortly thereafter, it is now silent. My delivery status has been "in transit" for 5 days, and neither of the two mobile numbers on the website are functional. Similar with the courier's mobile contact number.
The online chat no longer seems to exist and emails are not responded to. Definitely seems like a scam to me.

I'm editing this after writing my review as I've just had an email to say I should now get my parcel on Friday 14/03/25. We will see. I'm not hopeful but if it does appear I'll be back on here.
As others have said on here, very dodgy and appears to be a scam. I ordered a Steam Deck. I asked questions on the chat and made the purchase. No communication since and apparently my parcel is "in transit". It's been like that since Friday. It's due by the end of the day but I won't hold my breath.
If by some miracle it does arrive today I will retract this and apologise.
Even though I did my research it still seems I've been taken in.
Update. Website no longer exists. Guess I'll be getting my money back in a couple of weeks. My bank already knows but have to wait 15 days from payment before they can proceed.

When prices are too good to be true... they're probably not true.
Ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner at a ridiculous price so thought I was getting a bargain. It was only after the fact that I started to think that this website was a scam... No confirmation email, no invoice/receipt, no response to my emails and none of the listed telephone numbers work.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

Ordered a product and sent fake tracking emails from SwiftLine like mentioned by others. The SwiftLine emails are from the sales email from Rupert Lucas and Jayne. This company is misusing information from North Homes Ltd in Leeds for their website including addresses. I've contacted North Homes Ltd and they are aware of this scam by Rupert Lucas and Jayne. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
None of their phone numbers listed on either Rupert Lucas and Jayne or SwiftLine are operational. DO NOT GET TRICKED.
UPDATE from their reply:
They "clarify that we are, in fact, North Homes Ltd, and we operate under this name with full transparency" however the sender name from the alleged shipment company is North Home Ltd without an "s".
Neither of the two phone numbers listed on the website work, nor does the one on the fake shipping company. These multiple bad reviews question the legitimacy of this "company".

Exactly as described!!
Straight forward ordering, good communication regarding when package has been dispatched. Rhubarb and custard drops smell amazing throughout my flat and last as long as reported (approx 6-8hours). This is the second order I have placed and will continue to get wax melts of good quality at reasonable prices from now on. THANK YOU!!
