Great price compared to other sites, had a query over delivery due to them being outside the UK and were quick to reapond and very helpful.

Great all round service, very happy and will be using again in the future

Delivery very slow, 14 days to get a pair of trainers if I'd have known that I'd have went elsewhere.

Only had a single experience with them but so far so good. Ordered a pair of running shoes on a Wednesday and they have been delivered (through DHL) the following Monday. Good email communication, cannot complain. Best price I found on the web, even including the small shipping cost.

Based on this experience I can just recommend them.

Delivery issue with Evri - took a while to sort but we got there in the end.
Can’t fault the companies customer service they always replied and kept in touch it was just Evri what let them down.
Will try again in the future

Super. Would always go back to RunningXpert for any fitness clothing or shoes. Great service, and they include a return label already printed. Not that I have ever needed to use it.

Good range and priced competitively. I saved £40 compared to the price on the Asics site. At the time of ordering the website told me it was 2 days before they were next shipping to the U.K (They are based in Denmark). The parcel arrived a week after I ordered. The courier in Denmark transferred the package to Evri when it arrived in the U.K. I could track the package with both couriers. The website has lots of knowlege articles and helpful information. Very pleased and will order from RunningXpert again in the future.

Purchased a new adidas running top online as it was cheaper at Runningexpert than the official adidas outlet. I had to enquire about the despatch as there was a slight delay. The customer service team were excellent and responded right away. Item arrived next day and I cannot fault this company. Well done and thanks !!

Further to my earlier review. I finally received my shoes, and only found out they were being delivered after receiving notifications from Evri (who left them in an unsafe place, and didn't knock on my door). No updates from Runningxpert, apart from the earlier stock response regarding customs that they seem to be telling everyone below. The shoes seem fine, but I will never use this company again.

EDIT: As you can see from the stock response below, there is a distinct lack of customer care, as the reply implies that I have yet to receive my order, so they are clearly not paying any attention to customer feedback.

Ordered some running shoes on 7th Feb, not even in the UK yet. No warning of this timescale on purchase. When chased just get an email saying pallet with customs and no date for when I will actually receive them if at all.

Edit: No, still not showing in EVRI even today, 10 days after ordering so not even in the UK yet

Edited review. I was quite upset that the shoes ordered on the 4th took until the 17th to arrive and gave 1 star. On review the purchase was held by customs and was delivered within 24 hours of being released. That said when i first enquired, no mention of why was offered and later questions offered little help. If i had simply received an email to offer an explanation, the review would be 5 stars, i understand you cannot influence 🇬🇧 customs. The shoes cost 100 pounds less than new balance want so i will buy again.

Very easy to order
The delivery took one or two days longer than calculated on the checkout due to a bank holiday in Ireland but other than that, it arrived super quick. I enjoyed the simple but strong package it came with as it reduced the amount of waste for just a couple of carb gels. Will order again for sure!

I ordered a pair of wide fit Salomon Speedcross 6 running shoes. The website was easy to navigate and the purchase an easy transaction. The running shoes were on offer and cheaper than anywhere else I could find on the internet. Despite ordering on New Years Eve they arrived safe and sound in perfect condition 5 days later. First Class service and a great product. I highly recommend RunningXpert and will be visiting again.
