Unacceptable return handling
I ordered two pair of shoes but decided to make a return. I have never experienced a service this slow and inefficient. After a number of mails back and forth my return has still not been processed ans its been 30 days now since the company confirmed that my return was recieved. This part of their business is clearly not prioritized and since the option of a smooth return is a vital part to the customer when shopping online I recommend others to avoid this business.

Don`t!
I ordered a pair of shoes which for various reasons were returned before I got the chance to fetch them. I have now waited for a month to get a refund. I receive mails stating, "that today we shall refund your money" and "the boss in charge hasn`t been working" and nothing happens. So in order to get what rightfully belongs to me, I have contacted various authorities. But I shall never, ever buy anything from this shop again.
I seems to be necessary to hire a laywer and since the company doesn´t refund our receivables, the next step - to file for bankruptcy....

Lies about shipping!
Stated DHL as shipping company on the page (AND the receipt) but sent with BudBee. Slow to send even if promised same day sending if order before 15, never going to shop here again from a company that tell you lies!

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! Ordered a pair of shoes but had to returned due to fitting. The prblem is, items was returned and received by the company a month ago. Its a little over a month, they still not refund our money back. Luckily we used a Klarna checkout. Which we can paused the payment ourself. They also horrible to get intouch with via phone. Contacted them few times via phones, email and ig. Were promised that they will fix the refund immediately. But each time we checked, they have not done it yet. Today we made another call asking for the refund. Will see in 3 days if they fix it.
Seriously, do not trust this company. Learn from my experience.

Terrible Customer service Rude staff who do not communicate with each other if you have to send back an item make sure you ring them and push for them to send a replacement or you could be waiting a long time
