Amazing service, i recently purchased new walking boots but unfortunately I had to exchange them as too small. I posted them Monday and my new ones arrived today (Thursday)..such service and so easy to deal with, boots are awesome and really good price. Highly recommend

Terrible.
Terrible.
No confirmation of online order ever received.
Called them 8 hours after purchase to ask if that is normal.
Advised to calm down and call back day after.
Day after comes, still no confirmation.
Called again advised my order had been delivered (E gift card for a birthday)
Advised to wait another 24 hours and if confirmation still not received to call again.
Gave up in the end.
Order was 7 weeks ago, still no confirmation of order, I know it has been received by the recipient but not really the point, when do I ever buy anything on but receive confirmation, receipt etc?!
