Never again

My lovely Brooks shoe had a defect after 100km of running with it. It was an expensive shoe I bought in the runners point store in Winterthur CH. I loved the shoes and I am Brooks fan. I was blamed for causeing a trauma to the shoe, which caused the sole to detach. I can assure you the shoes experienced nothing but normal wear and tear. I was further told that it is IMPOSSIBLE that there is a defect with the product. So dissapointed.

Runners Point Online (I'd give them zero stars if I could...)

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I think we need to differentiate between the stores and the online ordering. My experience with the stores have been great. No complaints, extremely competent.

But ordering online is a disaster. Basically, it can be simplified... you order something online and it will never come. And refunding the order will also not happen. You're basically donating to an online shop. Good luck with that...
