Ask yourself - why would a legit company use a fake parcel tracking website?

This is not a UK company! Ordered a Christmas game after seeing a sponsored advert on Instagram. They took more money than the invoice amount (which my bank refunded) and refused to cancel the order saying it had been dispatched 5 minutes after ordering! Waited 3 weeks for delivery. The 1 star is for the fact that the game is actually the real game.

Terrible customer service - still waiting for item 7 weeks after order. Website masks the fact that the products are coming from China. I still don’t have the item I ordered and now they won’t issue a refund and the tracking number they provide is no use.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a total scam! Goods do not arrive. The very convincing emails had me fooled for a while. Keep away

I ordered this item as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December, thinking this would be plenty of time for delivery.

I didn’t realise it was coming from America and I haven’t received it yet. After tomorrow I won’t be seeing the friend I bought it for again before Christmas so will need to find another gift quickly.

Disappointing. Don’t order if you need it within 3/4 weeks!

Calendars ordered on 9 November 2024. Charged extra at checkout. Erroneous messages regarding tracking from USA, finally arriving in Cardiff apparently. Meanwhile, received notification from Royal Mail that they have been notified that they will receive a package for them to deliver time but package only just sent from China! It’s now 18 December and all complaints have been to wait! Complete scam DON’T USE!!

Total scam. They changed my card more than the checkout price and the product was completely different to the advertised item.
I ordered what looked like a blown glass Christmas tree decoration and it was a piece of plastic with an out of focus picture of a guitar printed on it.

Don't use these charlatans. I ordered an embroidery set for Christmas....on 4th Nov. Firstly, the invoice said £38.99 but they charged £46. The order said delivery Royal Mail 3-5 days. It still hasn't arrived 6+ weeks later. I have been following the tracking which claims it's been in Birmingham for 2 weeks. Despite multiple emails to the customer service team, nothing has happened including ignoring my request for a refund. All they do is tell me they understand my frustration and that they're sure it won't be long. I've had enough now so I've contacted my card company and instigated recovering the money that way.

My advice is don't use them.

Order a Christmas decoration of crocs which looked really cool. 4 weeks later it arrived and smaller and made of plastic.

The item you sent was nowhere near the quality of the photographs on the website and you refused a refund.
Offering £2 back as a gesture when I paid £13 for an unusable item is terrible customer service. Be very careful if ordering from here, it is a scam!

Dreadful. It’s a scam. Ordered ages ago but no delivery and now my order has an alert on it. I ordered 8 gifts. Am gutted

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered Christmas decorations following an Instagram advert. Like others have said the advertised price was increased after card details were entered and there was no ability to cancel. I immediately contacted them and they said it had dispatched (immediately?!) well it took 4 weeks to arrive and it is APPALLING! It looks nothing like the original photo and when I gave it as a gift and explained the story to a friend she laughed as it looked like a child had done it on a 3D printer.
Honestly, save your money and do not order from this company

Similar to other reviews, the website looks like it is UK based but seems to come from the US. It took a month for the items to arrive and they aren't what I expected. The description is 'stacked animals' ornament. What I received is a 'photograph of stacked animals, coated in perspex'. On top of that, the photographs weren't even in focus. Customer service has offered me £3 as compensation for my £30 order. They were supposed to be stocking filler gifts - only good for bin filler.

AVOID BUYING FROM RUNKIWI. All reviews from UK buyers are appalling, all America reviews are great - odd dont you think!! Order we placed was £38, but they charged us £10 more. The order was placed on 2nd November, here we are on the 13th December and it is still in Cardiff and been stuck there for 2 weeks, it initially came from the US so was stuck in customs there for 2 weeks also. I have been in touch with the company and to be fair they do respond but they are no help whatsoever and just keep saying they have asked to speed up delivery. The company are China based, I can tell from the emails, so if goods are coming from China or the US they should make it clear that delivery may take this long, not imply it will be a matter of days as their 'woolly' terms claim. I have asked for a refund three times now and each time they dont answer the refund question and just send the tracking info, really helpful!

AVOID! advertised as a UK company which it isn’t - paid for and received an emailed invoice that included P&P but when checked my bank statement was charged more without my knowledge, authorisation or consent. No reply to emails. PayPal have denied my claim for the additional charge and 3 weeks after ordering still no sign of the items. Will now be pursuing my money back through the bank.

Absolute joke. I ordered a tree ornament and I was sent a picture of the tournament as the ornament.

Took almost a month to arrive and then products are not like description on website. Poor quality and not suitable to give as presents. Avoid ordering from.

Item allegedly dispatched but no tracking supplied.
Emailed and they said they would update me,nothing.
A month went by still nothing.
As I had paid through PayPal I said I would report issue.
Suddenly a full refund was sent.
Make your own minds up.
I won't order from them again.

Still waiting for delivery of an 'advent' item ordered in October. Incorrect tracking information provided for several weeks showing shipment form US to UK, before being told it is actually coming from China and current tracking has no delivery schedule provided.

Should have read reviews before ordering. Came up as a sponsored ad and looked like a UK company. I ordered a novelty Christmas decoration for a friend. More money was taken from my bank account than shoukd have been and I had to complain through several channels to get this refunded. Then the order confirmation suggested the item was coming from the US. A month and many, many 'order status update' emails later and I've had an email saying my order has been delivered, which it hasn't. I've tried to contact the company about this twice, but am getting no reply. It's a scam. Do not order from them.
