Very nice sauna experience. Good value for money. My wife and I both enjoy using it.
My only criticism is the sharp corners on the front of the chair.
Hence the 4 not 5 stars
We ended up buying a gel cushion to make it a better experience.
I would definitely recommend it.

Great company !!! the tent is easy to put up and take down, doesn’t make your room full of steam either, chair comfortable and loads of room inside, once you sit down. I had an issue with the steamer, but customer services literally sorted it out immediately.

MY AMAZING STEAM SAUNA
Amazing, I never thought it possible! My own private steam sauna.
I researched for hours my options before choosing a ‘Runitude’, but so glad I did. From the moment I opened the box, it was clear that a lot of thought, research and planning had gone into the design. An outer mat, an inner mat, nicely labelled, comfortable seat, simple instructions, useful videos and a few free goodies too! Spacious but no wasted space above, designed by an NHS Doctor, avoids common toxic materials and plastic fumes. Cheap to run. (A 30 min session less than 13 pence) Quick to install and you can put it on a carpet.
Service questions from a quick and response back up team. My only problem is that I can’t award it with more than five stars, because it really deserves SIX.

Got my Sauna for Christmas and absolutely love it. I am in it every other day. I love how easy it is to set up so it can be used and put away allowing for not a lot of space. Highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you feel the cold or have breathing problems (or sleeping problems) this is a must

Absolutely love my sauna pod and use on a daily basis....even better qas the customer care I received after a slight issue....they responded immediately and sent out a replacement part without hesitation.

Bought the steam sauna, arrived within 3 days which was good as it was December. The sauna is really good. The tent pops up and overall excellent from start to finish.

I've really enjoyed the steam sauna tent, it does the thing, gets really hot and steamy. Afterwards take out the chair and mat and everything dries out nice and easy.
But recently the steam generator stopped heating. Within hours after contacting customer service I received a partial refund so that I could order a suggested replacement generator from Amazon. I'll be back in the sauna in less than a week.

Purchased home sauna but stopped working, they are not even replying to my messages, not good enough

Great Customer Service! Purchased via Amazon and Steam Generator stopped working after a couple months and was refunded the value of the Generator to purchase a new one. Portable Sauna is great product!

Received the Sauna product via Amazon! , Set up the tent and water heater! &’got sweaty! Felt the benefits straight away! .. Lid developed a crack during the first use, contacted Runitude- fast response and great communication, replaced the lid with in 3/4 working days - highly recommend

I got this sauna for my birthday 4 months ago. I it 3 to 4 times a week and love it. Last week I noticed a small crack on the handle on the lid. I sent an email to customer service asking if they could send me a replacement part. To my surprise they said they would send a completely new sauna, tent and all. It arrived 3 days after I emailed them. This is probably the best customer service experience I have ever had.

I was dubious at first due to the low price for the portable sauna. However after using it I think it’s superb value for money. So easy to erect, gets upto temperature very quickly and is definitely hot enough. So after first use I am super impressed

Wow.....love my home sauna, best purchase this year. I had an issue with my unit and contact Runitude customer service and immediately I received a reply.
I needed a replacement part, once I explained the issue, I received an immediate resolve and within a week, the part was delivered to me.
As for the sauna, I wish I brought one ages ago, absolutely love it and customer service is the best I have received in a long time.

Steam room tent and steamer was very easy to set up and use. Great for clearing my skin and sinuses and for that moment of relaxation.
I did have a small imperfection in the tent liner which I fed back. Annette, responded the same day and offered to arrange a replacement. This arrived two days later. Was a pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Had a small crack in my steamer after a month and was past my amazon return date. She was able to ship a replacement, great service!

Really great company to deal with, had a minor issue as something was missing from my order and despite me emailing early evening (and not expecting a reply until the next day) I received a reply within an hour. Its extremely rare to have good customer service these days but Mike was fantastic.
