Warning! Very high cost to return items
This company charges $25 to process return of an item, which is a complete rip off. Especially when their own sizing tool recomended a size that was way too small for me.
This information is also 'hidden' on the returns page in a sperate sub-window that needs to be scrolled independently and in a random pink color that appears nowhere else on the website and is very difficult to read on a green background. This would fail any web contrast accessibility tests and is clearly intended to deceive customers.

We’ve made some important changes since then. The return shipping fee is no longer a flat $25—it’s now calculated dynamically in real time by UPS, based on your location and the size of the package. This ensures the fee is fair and accurately reflects the actual shipping cost.

No response from customer service
Have a pant that had its zipper broke after a couple of washes. Got a fast reply to the product replaced. Put in the order for the replacement pant + bought an additional product aswell. Thats 1,5 month ago and the order is still in "received" state.
Have tried contacting customer support 3 times since ive put in my order and have gotten 2 automatic replies as response.
Horrible customer service in my opinion.
Would not recommend, and will not put any more money towards that company
