Mug with frequent flyer miles
Placed an order before Christmas to ship a mug to a US Military base in Germany. Somehow the package made two round trips to the US before finally arriving in Germany 2 months later. The mug is great but unfortunately it was not packaged well enough and the handle was damaged on arrival. I contacted Stephen with details of the situation and he refunded the cost and is sending a replacement from a new US based supplier at no additional charge.
Responses were quick and very friendly. I will definitely order from him again. Thank you!

After reading great reviews, I decided to take a chance and place the order.
