Horrible. I called at 15:00 at the akutnumber to ask for an urgent blood test to see if my strep is back (takes one minute). After complaining why I called so late (which the akutnumber should work til 16:00…and I was on a plane travelling) the told me they are too busy and I should wait one hour where I can call 1813 instead at 16:00. Absolutely ridiculous.
