Great customer service when things go wrong
Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size shorts. Ben was quick to reply to help with the return process. Due to a system error the refund did not happen straight away. Again, Ben was on hand to make sure it was processed and I have now received my refund. A little frustrating however the quality of the shorts felt really good and as Ben has been so helpful throughout, I may just try again and re order
