Great customer service when things go wrong

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size shorts. Ben was quick to reply to help with the return process. Due to a system error the refund did not happen straight away. Again, Ben was on hand to make sure it was processed and I have now received my refund. A little frustrating however the quality of the shorts felt really good and as Ben has been so helpful throughout, I may just try again and re order

Hi Richard, Thanks for your review. as advised via email due to a system error we thought your refund had been processed. Only when we received this review did it alert us. You Refund should now be in your bank as it was processed on the day of your review.

Great idea, great service and awesome product

Brilliant idea to bring together sustainable products for runners - it's difficult to really be sure about how environmentally friendly the things we buy are. They were also quick and efficient with shipping and to top it off the Rawvelo gels are the best tasting gels I've ever had.
