The time it took to be delivered

Negatives - I paid for next day delivery but that did not happen; I ordered 3 lampshades and one that was delivered eventually was the incorrect one.
Positives - After I contacted them, the fee I paid for next day delivery was refunded. As for the incorrect lampshade, I had by then left the UK (with the incorrect lampshade which was of a lower cost) but to their credit, because the incorrect lampshade was in an incorrect size, I was given a refund.
The lampshades are very nice and while I am disappointed about not getting the lampshade I wanted, the customer service recovery was excellent and I would definitely purchase from them again, knowing that they will do the right thing for customers.

The lamp shade arrived in time and was well packed. Unfortunately the colour was nothing like the website. It should have been pistachio and it was more like duck egg. The shade itself was lovely.
I have since been contacted by Ruma and received excellent customer service regarding my order.

We ordered 2 beautiful lampshades from here which were in a style I found on John Lewis. These were far more reasonably priced and much nicer colours. I will use them again

Quality product. The soft light is just right. Not dark or too orange, just soft.

Lovely chest of drawers. However, it's a shame it came flat packed as it was very time consuming to assemble it

Rope lamp does look good but annoyingly the fitting for the shade is too big & consequently doesn't fit properly. Takes a lot of patience to get it balanced so it isnt on the wonk. May have to revert to blu-tac to make it stay put.Would have expected better when spending £100 on a lamp.

Ordered with no fuss and product arrived within a couple of days in excellent condition and even better than advertised.

I initially had issues with getting a delivery day, but what I was most impressed by was how the director of customer service Nigel rang me and was incredibly kind and helped me sort it out. I'm very grateful for this.

Excellent quality product- exactly what I was looking for!! Arrived very quickly and well packaged.

Ordered 2 Portobello side tables. They were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately one was delivered without the glass top. Telephoned customer services and the call was answered very quickly. The person answering the phone was very efficient and professional and said the incomplete product would be collected and replacement sent out. Collection was made next day and replacement received 3 days later. Love the tables and the service.

Easy ordering, value for money and promp delivery. Good service.

Lovely quality parasol and efficient delivery service

Since writing my initial review Ruma have been most sympathetic which has included the refund of the return cost of the clock and in a very timely manner. On this occasion it seemed to be unfortunate that my expectation of what the clock would look like on arrival did not match what I thought I had seen on the website. These things happen and Ruma have done their utmost to try to implement an equitable outcome.

A beautiful vase for a fabulous price, even better in real life and fantastically packaged as it is a huge piece of glass! Will definitely be back.

The product was of poor quality.
I did receive a discount after making a complaint, but the compensation wasn't adequate considering the defects in question.
