I purchased two small rugs from Rug Traders; they were a competitive price and the quality appears good. The rugs arrived in the expected time and extremely well packed. Communication from both the firm and the delivery company was good. I would definitely recommend.

The first rug ordered I had to chase as I didn’t receive an email acknowledgment.
It arrived and as I was pleased with the colour and quality I ordered a second rug.
I had an acknowledgment for this purchase straight away and it arrived promptly.

Not what I ordered to begin with, but fabulous anyway, and with brilliant service
The rug I ordered turned out to have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Gemma from Rug Traders both apologised and managed to source another, also discontinued, rug from the same series from one of their retail shops, going far beyond the call of duty to do so. The rug arrived today, and is completely fabulous. So one very happy customer here.

Very impressed,
Very impressed with the quick delivery. We ordered a large stripped rug and a smaller matching one for by the lounge door. The quality is very very good, this our 4th large rug for the lounge and the only one that doesn’t move.
