Like butter and sunshine!

Like butter! Saw the rug I liked, chose the size, filled out the info and -- before hitting the "purchase" button, I called to be sure it was eligible for returns. (I'd seen the "final sales" exemption for 30-day returns and this rug is Clearance... the gentleman, "John" assured me it was eligible.) So I bought it! Free delivery and what more can you ask? A week, sounds perfect. THANK YOU! Sunshine!

Cheap Shipping Leaves Damaged Products, Painful Return

My rut arrived in cheap cellophane that was ripped and a hole in it.

Rugs.com got to file a compliant with their courier and received compensation for that.

Meanwhile I have to figure out how to repackage my 7x10 foot rugs (which they couldn’t figure out in the first place enough to protect its arrival) and load it and carry it to a shipping center.

Their policies cater to their ease and not doing what is right for their customers
