Every single rug i ordered and received…
Every single rug i ordered and received has faded areas (faded sections) through the length of the rug!! Very disappointing. I need replacement rugs for each that are inspected thoroughly.

It was quite uneventful
It was quite uneventful, just THE WAY I LIKE IT!!!! LOVELY PRODUCTS. I lOVE these vinyl floor cloths, great quality, you do have to be careful because they will puncture but they are a great product. NOT TOO EXPENSIVE WONDERFUL COLORS, AND THE DESIGNS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD, I TEND TO GRAVITATE TO THEIR PERSIAN AND VINTAGE VINYLS.
I’m so impressed with this products you can custom size for a minimal fee. Shipping is the same. Maintenance IS SOO EASY nothing to it, I was cooking something greasy and some splattered onto the vinyl, these are Matt so anything shiny or dirty it will show. Mop and a bit of dish soap and VOALA!!!! I a’m on my eleventh, three more on the way for the stair landing. CAN’T GET ENOUPH OF THESE RUGS….. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

Hello,
We are so glad you enjoyed your experience with our vinyl floor cloths and that your purchasing process went so smoothly. It is wonderful to hear that you appreciate the great quality, the beautiful Persian and vintage designs, and the wide range of colors we offer. We are also happy to hear that the custom sizing option and our shipping process have met your expectations so well over your many orders.
We appreciate you sharing your helpful advice regarding the care of these mats, especially about being mindful of sharp objects to prevent punctures and how simple it is to clean up grease splatters with just a little soap and water. Knowing that you are currently on your eleventh mat and have even more on the way for your stair landing is the greatest compliment we could receive. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and your continued support of our products. We look forward to continuing to provide you with beautiful and practical designs for your home.
