It was a GREAT PLEASURE to speak with Ellen this morning she literally resolved my issues with EASE and she has a SUPER GREAT ATTITUDE even when dealing with issues that the customer brings on themselves. Rugiet strongly supports after a mistake

Rugiet processed an order I had postponed 7 days earlier. However, after Customer Support's help, I do not intend to push this any further and am happy with their resolution to the matter. The person to whom I spoke exhibited great professionalism and a prompt and courteous approach to my complaint and left me happy to accept the delivery with the partial refund she arranged. She was exceptionally helpful, as well as one of the most professional helpline/customer care people I've spoken to in a long time.

Lousy / Shady

Medication works vaguely better than Viagra, but not enough to justify insane cost. Also tastes awful. The most annoying is the packaging. Take a very fine blade and try to cut the foil, then hope the "chew" isn't stuck to the plastic and will just nicely fall out (it usually won't). Do NOT try to push it out by pushing the plastic, you will just mash it and part of it will be stuck in there and you won't get a full dose and quite frankly I believe it's designed that way. I thought being a telehealth company they wouldn't engage in shady app subscription practices but yep they do, only instead of a $50 surprise billing like some useless "self-help" app, you'll be hit up for over $400, a potentially ruinous amount for some. Beware.

Sorry, Rugiet sucks. Just wanted to see if it was better than Roman, who I was using before. It's not.

Great product, very expensive.

Excellent product - does exactly as it's designed, but is quite expensive. My only complaint is that this product is expensive, far more than any competitor's in this space. However, it does work as advertised. One peppermint cube under the tongue for about 5 minutes and the apomorphine truly does react if you are emotionally turned on with your partner. It's an excellent combination and I wish they would increase the apomorphine dosage because it makes a huge difference in the results. Overall a product that works, but is very expensive.

Rugiet offers effective Treatment. But Expensive with Limited Options

Rugiet offers decent customer service and very effective ED treatment. However, it comes at a high price, and the selection of options to choose from is somewhat limited. At times, the batches seem inconsistent, and on one occasion the product arrived melted, which was disappointing.

Don’t waste your time waiting for a call

I filled out their very lengthy questionnaire online, hoping that I would get approved for the meds. Nope. One more step. You had to complete a six minute call with their so-called physician to be approved.

I scheduled the call online and the first day. My call was canceled and I received an email saying that the doctor had tried to call me but no one answered. They did not leave a voicemail. I checked my call log and had no calls during the time that they described.

I then rescheduled, giving them the benefit of a doubt and the calls have a caveat stating that they will call you within an hour of the scheduled time. I scheduled my call for 6 PM this evening and not more than 10 minutes before my scheduled call. I received another email saying that my call had been canceled and I would need to reschedule again.

Done with this nonsense. Will be canceling my order and looking for another provider.

They pick up the phone.

First and foremost, very grateful that your company actually picks up the phone in a human being, answers the throne. The lady on the other end was absolutely fantastic very accommodating very knowledgeable. Very understanding of my needs five stars!

Horrible experience charged extra $150

Horrible experience i was just trying to see how much switching the "strength" of it and when i clicked max strength and when I saw how much it was going to be and that it was more expensive than an equivalent med from competitor's that even has more in it i wasn't even going to order but it automatically ordered it and charged me for it with no notification or asking for authorization no comfermation emil nothing at all telling me i had ordered it then 2 days later on a Saturday morning I get charged $150 I try to message them and email it get nothing i try to call their customer support number and it put me on hold for 1-5min at a time the automated voice says there's no one avaliable and hangs up i called over 10times during their posted hours of operation then a couple days later I get a standard form letter reply telling me that the second I clicked on change strength i authorized the order and since it was a different strength than normal that they will still be charging me for an active prescription and that since this is a medication they can't do any type of refunds at all if you need something like this go to blue chew because rugiet is a shady company that will screw you over for a few extra dollars any way they can

I waited too long

I waited too long and cannot remember the name of the woman who helped me on the phone. But she was fantastic. I had moved and they shipped out my order to my old address.. They shipped another one to my current address with no extra charge. Terrific.
