The guys at Rugged Books are great! Placed two separate orders for GETAC laptops. Quick order processing and shipping. When one had to be returned for a wireless card upgrade I was sent a return label and shipped it back. The turn around once received was same day and it was on it way back.

Fast delivery, but missing screws
Much faster delivery than expected, but laptop is missing a few screws. Nothing major, somewhat expected from a refurbished model, but for 5 stars I'd expect ALL the screws to be present, not just the strictly necessary ones.
