Best carpet cleaning product
Booking process super easy, price very reasonable, dr rug cleans my dirty carpet with ease and gave excellent effect. I tried many different products but dr rug is number 1. 100% recommended!

Absolutely revolting.....do not use!
I used the Rug doctor to "clean" a carpet. I followed the instructions to the letter and bought the appropriate rug doctor shampoo. The machine was obviously not cleaned properly from the previous user. The smell left behind resembled wet football boots left in a bag for a week....absolutely horrendous. I am extremely annoyed as I now have to get the carpet cleaned again by a professional.

Easy to rent & use
Easy to rent & collect. Instructions on the machine and online(YouTube ) explains very good how to use it.
We cleaned our sofa and our carpets and the change was brilliant. I also bought the original products.

The machine is built very sturdy
The machine is built very sturdy and cleans well.
The machine I rented wasn’t clean and even had a moss ball in the hose of the hand tool attachment. The code I was given was for the one locker out of the 3 at the local Morrisons that didn’t have a hand tool present despite my having paid for one with a hand tool, which was disappointing. Washing solution for the machines seems overpriced.
Booking & pickup is instant, so very handy in an emergency.

Disappointed
Hired from Tesco, the hose attachment would not fully connect into the back of the machine resulting in water and detergent leaking out so could not use. Disappointed, £40 down the drain.
