Massive thanks to RugbyToursSpain for such an amazing tour!

It was really important we found people who could help us with everything on the Spanish side. These guys delivered in spades.
From the off they put us at ease, helping us to understand how they could help shape a trip around our needs. They are rugby guys themselves and embedded in the local clubs they deal with, as well as the local community.

Guy must have had about a million and one questions from me, and dealt with them all! We had flight changes (thanks EasyJet!!), additional tourists (we had 41 in total; 25 lads plus 16 adults) and all sorts going on. Guy took it all in his stride.

We stayed at Ohtels de Campo Gibraltar in La Linea de Conception (right on the border with Gibraltar). The hotel was great. Triple or double rooms, great food, a large bar/ terrace/ pool area. We ran kangaroo court every morning on the terrace with no issues.
The hotel staff were lovely and very understanding. Where there were a couple of issues Guy was straight on it to help ease the path.

The rugby days were without doubt the highlight of the trip. We had a really special day playing beach rugby against San Roque followed by top notch hospitality from the local team at a bar in Sotogrande harbour (big thanks to Ade’s mate for hosting!).
Next day we played Marbella RFC, which was an amazing experience for the lads. We had such a warm welcome, brilliantly organised and wonderful after match fun.
It was really important that we found the right level of opposition, and the RugbyTourSpain guys are properly switched on to this. Both our matches were really competitive. And our boys really enjoyed mixing after match with the opposition.
Ade took a load of photos and movies for us, so the guys have these to remember forever.

Such an amazing trip. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Made great memories out in Spain. Ade and Guy were great at sorting the beach rugby, transport and hotel and just generally making the tour so enjoyable.

Highly recommended. Accommodation, transport, hospitality and matches all taken care of by proper rugby people. We had a great welcome everywhere we went, and came back with memories to last a lifetime.

Ade and the team could not have been more helpful, the tour including all the excursions was excellent.. some great rugby and lifelong memories.. would highly recommend for any teams/clubs looking at going on an overseas rugby tour. Great value for money too!

Best Rugby Tour Ever
What goes on tour stays on tour’, absolutely, but what should be talked about is the fantastic organisation by rugbytourspain.com From our very first enquiry up to our coach departure back to Malaga airport Ade and Guy were fantastic. It’s incredibly special having a two country location, especially when the standard of rugby and entertainment was so good. We were asked to send videos of our lads playing so a similar standard opposition could be arranged. Both games were settled by one point! The warm welcome from our rugby club hosts, the hotel, training on the beach, excursions made this a trip that will be remembered by all 78 participants for a lifetime. Camp Hill Colts would have no hesitation recommending rugbytourspain.com. We simply all had the best time of our lives. Thanks Guy and Ade.

Having recently returned from a fabulous rugby tour to Gibraltar and Southern Spain, organised for our local amateur rugby club by Rugby Tour Spain, I really can vouch for the fact that they really go that extra mile to take the hassle out of the organising group trips of this nature and ensuring that everyone has a great time. We toured Gibraltar and Southern Spain and were greeted by our host from Rugby Tour Spain at the airport. He guided us the short 10 minute walk to our hotel which was very smart and welcoming. We played a tournament on Saturday at the fabulous new stadium on the very Southern tip of Gibraltar and were treated to after match hospitality including food, beer and live music.

On Sunday we had a match against a local Spanish team at the stadium in Algeciras and once again were treated to post match beers, food and general celebrations. Rugby Tour Spain were on hand throughout our trip, to advise us and help arrange excursions and were able to assist with one or two minor issues which arose as a result of some degree of over-exuberance and perhaps naivety of one or two of the tourists. Having said that, there really were no significant issues anyway. I’m sure that a lot of effort was put in by Rugby Tour Spain in advance in order to ensure that mishaps were unlikely.

I wholeheartedly commend Rugby Tour Spain and would urge any club considering a tour to this area to contact them in the first instance as they really pull out all the stops to make sure that the tour is successful. They take care of the logistics and organise the fixtures to ensure that teams are of the appropriate calibre. As a result of their efforts on our behalf, it was a top tour and will remain in our memories - albeit somewhat hazily!

Had a 4 day tour to Spain and Gib with rugbytourspain. Adrian and Guy could not have been more accommodating. Arranged a couple of competitive games and were happy to change plans at the last minute.

What a fantastic tour we had, playing a three team tournament on the first day followed by a game against a local team the following day.
All this was done with the great organisation and help of Ade Parsons ( Rugby Tour Spain)

Worcester RFC Tour to Spain and Gibraltar was from 29th April-3rd May 2022.The Tour was conceived in 2019 in conjunction with Ade Parsons of Rugbytourspain and despite being delayed by covid for two years was a huge success.
The organisation by RTS was outstanding and the personal service to be commended.

Excellent Organisation and great place to go make some new friends through Rugby.

We received a first class welcome on our tour with great hospitality including an authentically prepared Paella in a super location. We felt very safe in terms of safety provisions laid on by our hosts with full medical support laid on in case of accidents. We stayed quite close by in Estepona in a fully equipped Hotel and our group of 20 teenagers entertained themselves with a full array of activities. I would have no hesitation recommending this to any Rugby Club thinking of taking a touring party to Club del Estrecho.

Our tour in February 2020 was absolutely amazing. We took a large group to the region and Guy looked after us brilliantly from the moment we landed. Every aspect of the tour was excellently organised and communicated to us. Guy had sorted out every detail for us which made the trip so much more enjoyable for everyone and stress free for me :-)
The hotel we stayed in was great, the hospitality shown by the opposing teams was lovely and every single member of the Tour had a great time.
I could not recommend these guys highly enough.

Touring Andalusia in 2017 with Rugbytourspain, Stoke-on-Trent RUFC U14s enjoyed two fantastic playing opportunities.

The match against a Gibraltar Select XV was played at the Victoria Stadium. Located impressively next to the airport and in the shadow of the Rock, the stadium is often seen on TV as it hosts international football, athletics and rugby. Hospitality followed at a clubhouse on the rock with all players enjoying the setting and experience of performing at an international ground.

The second and third matches took place at Holmes Sotogrande Rugby del Estrecho. Here the team got to play in a three-way tournament against the hosts from Estrecho, and a Marbella Select XV. All of the matches were evenly-contested and well-officiated, allowing for all of the touring squad to enjoy plenty of tough, exciting rugby.

The generous hosts provided excellent hospitality at their purpose-built ground, giving the team a memorable send-off to the short tour of the region.

The quality of rugby, level of sportsmanship, warmth of the hospitality and support from Rugytourspain made for a memorable first touring experience for all the team.

We toured with Rugby Tour Spain in 2019 as a youth rugby team. Everything we requested was accommodated by Adrian, especially the quality of the opposition he put together for us.
Nothing was too much trouble, and the boys, coaching team and parents had an experience that they’ll never forget. I would recommend using these guys to anyone wanting an awesome tour in a great part of the world!
