A complete scam

A complete scam. Paid £50 for a jersey in February and they never sent it to me. I was waiting months with back and forth emails to "Anna" their customer sales representative. After 5 months of waiting and sending emails all communications were cut from the company. 7 months later and no order received. They are scammers.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT

⚠️ SCAM ALERT – AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I placed an order on June 23rd and received both a confirmation email and a shipping notice from PostNL. The order NEVER arrived. There is no way to contact this company—emails to their customer service are completely ignored. I’ve sent three reminders and have never received a single response.
Now, the link to their website shows “no longer available,” and when I check PostNL’s tracking, it only says that a shipping label was created on June 25th, but the parcel was never handed over to them.
To make things worse, they clearly play on the similarity of their name to a reputable company called “Rugby Heaven”, misleading customers into thinking they’re dealing with a legitimate business.
At this point, it’s clear I’ll never receive my product or a refund. This company is absolutely untrustworthy and likely a scam. DO NOT order from Rugby Haven – save your money and avoid this nightmare.

Ordered a jersey in January,never…

Ordered a jersey in January,never arrived. Have been emailing Anna and I asked for a refund. She told me it can take up to 20 business days to receive the refund. That was in May and still no sign of it. Have emailed Anna twice since then but shes not replying. Stay well away from this company, complete fraud

Absolute rip off stealing your money…

Absolute rip off stealing your money with no chance of a refund.
Months and months have passed and no money just excuses and no delivery.
Save your yourself time , trouble and money. Last time I buy anything from China. Just a complete fraud.

ZERO STARS

Would actually give zero stars if I could . 2 rugby tops ordered by my son for his birthday . Anna has now stopped replying to my emails… no refund , last email told me “I am a priority with the financial team” 😡 when I asked for a more senior person to discuss the case with , that was when I stopped getting replies , its an extremely disappointing service , and obviously a scam website . Would stay well away from it
*** update *** from reading other reviews I contacted my bank about getting a refund , I am in Ireland . Had to send them on all the correspondence I got from Rugby haven 25 emails in total : got an email from AIB this morning to say they have refunded me and are taking up the dispute with rugby haven . I would encourage others to do this . Only took less than 10 days

Scam

Scam, the same as everyone else. I did get a jersey but it was a fake and I stupidly sent it back costing me even more money in postage. Getting the run around from Anna in emails. Am reporting to bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scammers

After handing this to my bank and waiting since March I've been fully reimbursed by my bank, as Rugby Haven made several promises, hut never paid me back. I have 21 messages back and forth from Rugby Haven, they are not at all to be trusted. The irony is, they then write under your comment on Trust pilot that they are sorry for any inconvenience and they are looking into it and trying to resolve any inconvenience. It is absolute garbage, they are a Chinese scam sight ripping of lots of people From what I can gather. Another funny thing is, they still have the nerve to send me emails telling me that I haven't used their website for a while lol 😆 😅 😂. JOKERS!!!

Scam website

Same story as everyone. Ordered. Then ordered cancelled. Anna Johnson Customer Services replies immediately to my emails to say it is in hand and Finance team are looking at my refund. I have never know any organisation to have such an efficient customer services person, and all other teams do no work. Looks like when Anna is not sending emails, she is responding here with usual apologies.

I have taken it up with my credit card company to get my money back. I hope that they will get a charge-back from Rugby Haven, and do not just refund me, otherwise I fear this is just part of this scam website business model - i.e. they get the money, and people give up, or credit card companies give up.

My big lesson here is to check TrustPilot before I order online with an unknown.

Fraudsters

Just like the others, have been given the run around by Anna, their financial team must be under a lot of pressure trying to process other refunds. If they do resolve this issue I will remove this review.

Items never received, given the run around for refund, eventually went through the bank to get this back. Few months later they're trying to take money from our account. Luckily the bank blocked this. Be careful

This is a fake website - Avoid

This is a fake website pretending to be Rugbyheaven. There are no jerseys. There is no company. It’s fraud. A customer service agent called “Anna” will waste you time with pointless questions emails to drag out the process so they can keep thieving form people. Stay away at all costs.

Ordered a rugby jersey 2/3 months ago…

Ordered a rugby jersey 2/3 months ago and still have not received it. I have emailed a woman called Anna at rugby heaven and she has sent the same email back to me numerous times about my refund being processed. This whole website is a scam. She has now blocked my email so I can’t contact them. It’s been weeks now and I still have not yet received a refund. 70€ wasted. Very very annoyed. Please don’t order from them. They are scammers

I ordered something in February. Tracking never showed anything. I started talking to them 10 days later, they stalled as much as they could until they finally said that the order is lost. Them they gave an absurd 1-0-15 business days to refund me, that ETA passed and I received nothing. I sent too many emails and I don't think they will ever refund me.

Avoid at all costs

Rugbyhaven claimed to have reached out to resolve the non delivery of the products I ordered from them. They have not, nor have they refunded me as requested. They do send emails touting for more business. As per my previous review this is a scam company. Take your rugby business elsewhere. Avoid avoid avoid.
