Lovely, high quality products. The dog bed cover is first class. Unfortunately the XL dog cooler coat was too tight in the neck for my Newfoundland. The returns procedure is easy - although free returns would be nicer than having to pay for something that I didn't fit my dog !

It's a true saying that you get what you pay for. I bought a cheaper product that I thought was ok until I purchased the 'Limited Edition Dog Drying Coat in Tangerine' - I love it! (so does the dog)

Bought two sofa covers in teal. Contacted company as concerned these would slip off leather easily. The covers are of a good weight so this hasn't been the case. These covers aren't cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. They are a towelling type material, which might snag if pets are allowed to climb on them. I used them to absorb the drool. Very happy with these covers so far.

Bought a cooling coat for our Hungarian Pumi and it has proved to be the most excellent purchase. Very well made in a super material. Our dog gets really hot in the sun and the cooling coat has made it much nicer for her on our walks in the current heat. Soaked the coat and wrung it out, and she was really comfortable in it. The water evaporates so the coat feels fairly dry quite soon but our dog remained super cool underneath. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with the product i recieved the ruff and tumble umberella!!!! The 1st time i needed it i opened it out and due to a manufacture issue the handle was in 2 pieces and i got soaked!!!!! I contacted customer services who requested photo's of my umberella once they recieved these they immediately sent me a replacement which is perfect!!!! This was my 2nd umberella which i gave to my mum and 2 years later its still going strong and im sure this replacement will too. It was a manufacture materials problem which is just one of those things!!! I have had a number of items from Ruff and Tumble and they are all of very high quality. Thank you for your rapid response in getting this resolved. You never know just how good a company is until there is a problem and Ruff and Tumble were excellent!!!!!
