I adore Ruby shoo!
I’ve purchased a few pairs of Ruby shoos (with matching bags) they were absolutely wonderful and beautifully made, I wore Ruby shoo boots for my wedding and they were incredibly comfortable, I’ve had a couple of interactions with debs about questions and queries and she’s been amazing at answering my queries, thank you again

Was recommend this website by a friend as i wanted to get some shoes that were a bit different for my wedding. my feet are difficult as I'm wide fit, i got some, they were fabulous, but they were tiny, they weren't even the size they should be (I'm a size 5, I got a size 6, which would normally fit, they didn't, could even get my feet in), i sent them back, waited about 10 days after returning and I had no response from them, checked the tracking, It had been delivered. I emailed twice, still nothing. I have since emailed 5 times more. Still nothing. I have called thenumber on the website

They have stolen my money

EDIT: After spamming their Facebook page with this same message they finally responded to my email. very rude and blude and advised they were refunding me. They have also blocked me from the Facebook page.....no loss their in the slightest.

First pair arrived damaged. Once the company was aware they sent out a replacement immediately, even before I'd returned the first ones. Beautiful shoes and quickly resolved the issue with no quibbles.

Good quality as usual

The shoes were beautiful but unforunteky too large for kme. I asked for a return label which i recieved no issue. When i posted back i followed up with an email letting them know and requested confirmation of their arrival. I have since sent 3 more emails asking for the refund to be applied and no-one has got back to me! Not sure what on earth is going on! The shoes were beautiful and the customer service initially good until i needed a refund! I am still awaiting correspondence!

I still haven’t received my shoes almost 2 weeks after ordering. I won’t be able to wear them to the event I ordered them for. Far too long for delivery.

Ruby Shoo are such a brilliant company to deal with. Delivery is fast and efficient. I have bought from this Company several times and the shoes, boots and handbags are beautiful. They are excellent quality and the shoes and boots are so comfortable to wear. I love them. So does my daugher.

Easy ordering quick delivery and fitted me.

The shoes I received are lovely. But I need to return one pair and even though I have gone through the website instructions on returns, tried to contact them via email and facebook I have not received any response at all so am stuck with no way of returning them or getting a refund. Even if I sent them back now I don't feel confident that I would get any money back anyway.
This is a disgraceful attempt at running a business.

Easy to use website, quick delivery and could not be happier with the product.
I have bought these for my wedding, when I slipped them on, they instantly felt right. They are so soft and comfortable. And the details is incredible.

Purchased in good faith, as my wife loves the brand. The children's gift for her birthday. The quality of handbag was not good and the chain broke on the 1st night used, (clearly poor quality).
I contacted customer service, was given a speedy response that everything would be sorted inc a replacement - Nothing has happened since, despite my emails chasing up.... not impressed - very disappointed.

Fast delivery, boots look good and comfortable

My shoes were rather stiff to put on, although correct size, may have to buy shoe stretchers!

Opening the boxes to find my new purchases filled me with joy to look upon on these beautiful shoes.
Wearing them is a treat, as they are comfortable and different to what I see everyone's else attired in

Shocking returns customer service. Will never buy again

Sent 3 emails and 3 phone messages in the past 7 days to get a returns label. No response at all. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I've never known such bad customer service.Like previous customer will raise it with Trading Standards. Don't buy from this company they deserve to go out of business
