Helpful customer service staff at Rubys and easy online purchase of garden mosaic table. It is to heavy for normal packaging so arrives on a pallet which you have to dispose of. Kept informed of delivery by distribution centre and staff helpful with queries. Then table forwarded to local distribution centre who delivered to me and was informed of date and on the day given a 2 hour slot. Brought into my garage. Excellent service,competitive price and great quality table.

Everything with my order was handled promptly and efficiently.
Mine was an export order which was not subject to VAT and Rubys were able to deal with this for me.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again based on my positive experience.

We purchased the Contemporary Cranes on 24th March and they arrived today (3rd April) - 4 days earlier than stated. Customer service and assistance was excellent during the ordering progress. And we love the cranes - really good quality and beautiful.

I had been searching for a sturdy resin/plastic patio set to replace my rusty 3year old one. The one I ordered at Ruby's Garden Boutique ....an Anthracite Trebella Teramo table with 6 chairs, was delivered free of charge (£9.95 delivery with Dunelm for the same item) by a very helpful guy.
