Owner Aaron Ruby has run Ruby-Gordon furniture business into the ground. He did this by taking advantage of the previous generation’s loyal repeat customers, via not honoring warranties, and by mismanaging company purchasing funds. He didn’t have the business savvy it takes to know how to purchase the right products and inventory.

Now, the company is liquidating, and they are going to try and reopen under the guise of a higher-end store. Buyer beware, this organization from the top down is unskilled in what it takes to provide trust and a great customer experience.

There are plenty of other furniture operations in the area that value their customers, so consider looking elsewhere.
