Excellent Customer Service!

RubyFam has always provided the best customer service I have ever had. They didnt lie and tell me that I was gonna get my items in 10minutes and then had it delivered 2 weeks later they actually delivered as promised within the 24hour window. I have never had trouble with the game when I bought from them and they have a secure login page that actualy uses a ssl. This was important to me cause I noticed most sites do not do this. That are fast and reliable and answer all questions in a fairly quick manner (usually within 2-24 hours of asking). I HIGHLY recommend this site for Eve Online gaming needs!
