Was stopped at the Ideal Homes Exhibition at the end of the last day and allowed the lady to talk me into buying a kit. I explained I’m allergic to anything with Petroleum or paraffinum ingredients. She pretended to “read” the back of the brow kit, eye shadows and lip gloss (the latter two were meant to be free with the £30 kit). She told me it was fine except for the lip gloss but that she would let me have two eyeshadows instead. It was all lies. On getting home and checking with my glasses, everything contains paraffinum liquidum. It’s rubbish and was a complete waste of money.
Bought a kit at an Xmas Fayre yesterday, Carlton Towers. Demonstrator starting by doing my brows (too dark but looked okay). They were supposed to last a couple of days but rubbed onto my sleep mask overnight. I attempted re application with the kit only to realise the powder I was given was just that, a powder and a very weak one at that! I could've sworn she said to apply wax first🤔. Ripped off but more fool me, I thought it looked like a crap brand. Gut instincts next time!
Bought a nail kit at the Living North Xmas Fair in Newcastle, paid £30.00, the kit was very very poor quality and didn’t apply as demonstrated, complained and was assured I would be refunded, still waiting after many emails which have been ignored, DO NOT BUY any products from this company they are unbelievably disgusting to deal with and the products are of the poorest quality.
I also brought from the ideal home what a great scam for the company £30 for eyebrow set that should last for 48 hours and needs to be washed off with makeup remover by the time I was home the eyebrows had worn off I think the company should refund us ladies for misleading us and selling at such a high price such a shame we ladies cannot trust a company who is offering so called advice and help at the Ideal home show
I bought the brow kit from ideal home exhibition.
Once trying myself at home my browns looked terrible, she suggested I went for the dark brown, but she used light brown on me, silly of me to listen to her far to dark and my brows look terrible... a waste of £30 .... lesson learnt 🤔
Ordered goods on January 31st. Order never received. Disgraceful customer service. Will never order again
