Scam company, formerly "Bond of Bristol" but actually based in China. They keep changing their name to avoid fraud. Returns need to be sent back to China at a cost of about £26. PROMISED REFUND NEVER MATERIALISED! Reported to Trading Standards. Now trading as something like St Ives Clothing.
I bought several items from this company when they were trading as Bonds of Bristol. Clothing was very poor quality and not woollen (as described). Returned goods to their shipping address in Middlesex via cheap courier, and raised a Visa dispute with my bank. I received my money back from the bank as Bonds of Bristol were stonewalling.
Please avoid this company!!! They are scammers.
This company looks like it is UK based almost hiding behind a UK company but they are a china based company I ordered a jacket in a 3xl when it eventually arrived it would not have fitted a small child never mind a large lady. Quality of the jacket was very poor and shabby. I should have come on here before purchasing. No chance of returning to suppliers as you have to pay for refunds and send them back to china. Avoid this company. I thought it was a reputable UK ladies clothing but I was scammed.
This site is selling to the UK - formerly bond-bristol (see other reviews sadly I didn't before purchasing). Not to be confused with rubyandroseEngland which appears to sell jewellery - I think I'm not the only one to nearly put a review on the wrong store.
I bought sweaters - sent from China, poorly shaped - neckline too big and too loose for the size. Colours did not match the website, garish rather than stylish. Two of the three were supposed to be mohair but all are tagged 100% polyester.
Returns policy requires £20 shipping back to China :(
