I strongly advise people to avoid this company.
They advertise their clothing as coming from Italy. That is not true. My order was shipped from China.
After placing the order, I was asked to pay high customs charges before I could receive my parcel. This was a shock. I have bought many personal items from Italy, France and Germany before and never had to pay extra tax.
I contacted UK customs to understand why I was charged this time. They confirmed the parcel came from a non-European country. That is why I had to pay import duty and VAT.
When I contacted the seller to question this, their behaviour was very concerning. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they became aggressive and started threatening me.
I asked to return the item. I was told I would need to pay very high return shipping fees back to China. They also said there was no guarantee I would receive a full refund.
The company gives the impression that their products are Italian. In reality, they are shipped from China, and customers are left paying unexpected charges.
Please be careful and check where items are actually shipped from before you buy.

As previously explained during our communications, the goods are shipped from Italy and are accompanied by a regular invoice issued in Italy, which clearly indicates our operational headquarters as the shipping origin.
It is important to distinguish between shipping origin and manufacturing origin.
The country of manufacture of an item is determined by the brand, not by the retailer. Many international and luxury brands manufacture products in different countries around the world. When an item is manufactured in China, customs authorities may classify it as such, even if the item is shipped from Italy.
This classification is established by customs regulations and does not depend on our company.
As explained multiple times, we cannot legally declare a different origin for a product in order to avoid customs duties.
Import duties and taxes are not charged by us at the time of purchase. They are collected by your country's customs authorities at the time of delivery, as required by local regulations.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that no threats were made by our company. During our communications, you informed us of your intention to open a dispute while retaining the merchandise and requesting a PayPal chargeback. For this reason, we simply informed you that our communications have been documented in order to protect our company in the event of an unjustified chargeback attempt.
As already communicated, a return is possible in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our return policy.
