The product is good, installation instruction can be better. If shipping can be faster, that will be perfect, now it took 1 month to deliver but it has been stated when I purchase.
Received a completely wrong cheaper item with someone else's invoice attached. Wrote to their support support and tried to call - noone is getting back to me. An absolute waste of time and money.

Cannot Ship to Ireland
Subsequent to the order the product got returned to shipper by DHL. Took some back and forth but i got my refund in the end. Recommend they review shipping requirements for each country and apply required labelling

Despite the slight language barrier you…
Despite the slight language barrier you service has been excellent from choosing, ordering, payment and delivery of the part I required. In fact the delivery arrived far sooner than the stated date.
Whilst the new hinges are somewhat pricey they are of far superior quality than what I previously had.
Finally, after almost 3 years I have been able to fix the broken hinges!
So, all in all a good outcome.
