The product is good, installation instruction can be better. If shipping can be faster, that will be perfect, now it took 1 month to deliver but it has been stated when I purchase.
Received a completely wrong cheaper item with someone else's invoice attached. Wrote to their support support and tried to call - noone is getting back to me. An absolute waste of time and money.

All was good except the fact that I pay for freight when I first bought it. Later I was charge extra money for freight as the money I was charge originally was not enough. That is something not profesional.

Very efficient and it takes only about 3 days for items to arrive in Singapore from Italy. At first I was bit worry about whether is it trustworthy retailer. But after going through the purchasing, it does update me instantly of money received, order number, when items will be shipped and when FedEx collecting.
