Avoid at all costs

Update ** Rubbertree initially responded to this review stating that a full refund had been issued and everything was taken care of. After I contacted them to ask where the refund was as I had not been issued any sort of refund, they continue to deny it. I have attached images. This further reflects the lack of accountability I experienced, and unfortunately reinforces my decision not to recommend this company.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Rubbertree. I placed an order on 11 January, and it did not arrive until 6 February. During that time, I contacted the company multiple times requesting an update and received no response.

When they eventually replied, I was told the item had not yet been manufactured and that I would be notified once it was. I expressed my frustration at the delay and lack of communication but did not receive any further response.

The poor communication and extended delay were extremely frustrating. By the end of the process, I simply wanted a refund so I could move on. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered the visor for the front…

I ordered the visor for the front windscreen for my mg4 it fits perfectly and static sort of pulls it onto the windscreen which is another benefit easy to roll on and off and put away in the back seat ...although the delivery could have been faster I think it was about three weeks I did order xmas time and that was made clear ...a little bit more feedback with delivery would have been good but all in all I'm extremely happy with the product and can already feel the difference in keeping my car cooler.

Pathetic customer service, sent the wrong mats & will not accept return to replace with the correct fitting mats. Took weeks for them to respond, then the muck around in trying to get some sort of response was ridiculous. Do yourself a favour don’t buy from these rogues as quality is very poor as well

Deep dish floor mat

Was easily too find what I wanted. The process was easy, when the floor Matt’s arrived it was easy to fit. Now when I placed items on the floor they don’t slide towards my feet.

Purchased set of 4 platinum mats for…

Purchased set of 4 platinum mats for 2009 2 door wrangler. Front mats are 5/10 for fit. They are a better fit than a standard set but the pin hole to lock them down is in the wrong spot. I paid extra to get thicker heavier mats. These mats are lacking the weight and thickness I expected for the $140+ I paid. The back mats get a 0/10 because they simply do not fit no matter which way i try.... I wouldnt buy from them again.

Isuzu Deep Dish Mats

Quality of product itself is good, fast delivery. Only downfall for Isuzu is the clip that is provided to retain drivers side mat. Did contact and sent video on how to install but once installed is about 1cm short and no longer sits flush, was encouraged to send picture of installation showing shortfall but needed fixed quickly so purchased some screw in mat clips from ebay at $13.54 and now sits well once installed.

“Custom exact fit” is very poor

Also got “custom” fit, windscreen sun shade that is supposed to fit snugly — hopeless!! - didn’t fit, has gap of 3cm at top and 2 cm either side; falls down won’t stay up.

Boot liner for 22 WRX wagon

Bought a boot liner for my 22 WRX wagon. Arrived in a week or so. Perfect fit. Heavy and good quality.
The car had a custom exhaust when I bought it, and is a bit droney. The Rubber Tree liner has reduced the cabin noise significantly.
Couldn't be happier.

Poor customer service

I placed an order full floor mats and on arrival they have sent incorrect mats. They accept no responsibility at all and blame the whole error on me when there website clearly state the model make and year for mats. They state they hsve customer service but this is not the case.
