Excellent customer care
Excellent customer care. I asked shipping to be delayed a little, and Steve replied very quickly that instead of doing it on the very day (which was amazing enough) he'd send my items on the date I asked. From then on, it all went very smoothly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I discovered R/D on line whilst searching for Blue Spec C.D’s. They stocked a selection far superior to Amazon and at very competitive prices! I am always concerned when purchasing C.D.’s or Vinyl by mail order due to the barbaric handerling of fragile parcels by shippers. However I placed an initial order, and was immediately impressed by the service received. Then upon arrival I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the packaging,my items received! The quality of Japanese imports is superb and they are certainly worth the extra cost if you are a connoisseur of quality products!
As a result I have now made several purchases from R/D AND CAN THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Also most Japanese disc’s do sound superior, so I would recommend any fan of quality audio to check them out, blue spec,SHMCD and or SACD. If you get the urge buy from R/D with confidence !

They were swift with delivery, and transparent in their communication. The cassette arrived in perfect condition with a little note attached, which I really appreciated. I will definitely use them again in the future.
