Thank you for your review. We appreciate you providing this feedback, as your opinion is always valued by us.

Regarding the Tang Buckle Series, it is a Standard size for small, and medium, and also has excellent compatibility on large wrists fitting on the third hole. You are correct we do not offer an XL size at this time, so above 7.7 inches will be the second to last hole usually.

PLEASE BE AWARE: the second retainer loop can be easily removed so you can get the best aesthetic look on your larger wrist, which any of our technicians would have done for you in if you were making a purchase in our showroom.

We appreciate you leaving your feedback here. We strive for the fastest order fulfillment on our part with every single order departing the same business day. However, UPS delays are out of our control, unfortunately.

You placed your order on Monday late day (EST) when UPS had already picked up for the day, so your order shipped the next morning with a live tracking number we provided you. Normally shipping to Belgium is 2 or 3 business days. But in your case, after the package arrived to Belgium, it took UPS another 3 business days to get to your location (including one unsuccessful delivery attempt). We are not sure why they encountered that delay, and this frustrates us as much as you because we make every action possible to get the products to our customers as fast as possible so they can begin enjoying them without delay.

We sent you exchange instructions ON A SUNDAY within 12 hours of your initial inquiry, and we gave you two exchange options for you to choose from (Faster and Slower) . We also provide complimentary outbound UPS shipping on the replacement.
