Perfect, exactly what I was looking for!!
Normal I have a bulky mat n rucksack for our dog, this is a game changer so compact and makes it easy to visit coffee shops/bars etc

Bought the cheaper Scarfell sitting mat - great quality and provides good insulation. Packs small.

I saw these on the OS website and thought they were an interesting idea. I don't need a picnic blanket, but these are no heavier than other types of groundsheet protectors, can be folded several times to make a sit mat, wrapped around your torso for extra insulation whilst stopping for a break (I bought the thermal one which was only a handful of grams heavier), great for standing on when getting changed after wild swimming. Dozens of outdoor uses. Possibly even a tactical blanket. Why not? Everything else is tactical these days!

Bought a picnic mat for a friend loved it so much treated myself. It’s the perfect size for two to sit on. Often we stop on our walks for a cuppa and snack, these mats are small and light to carry and are perfect for keeping bums dry on wet/ damp ground- or even picnic benches!

Lovely size my, although is slippy on certain surfaces. It hopefully will work as a settle mat for my dog when we go out

The pack mats were bought as gifts so are unused as yet. However I’m sure they will be well used in the future. The items were received in good time as well!

Customer service was fab, quick response when I emailed asking for estimate delivery date and they were happy to arrange next day delivery for me.

Blanket is brilliant, folds up so small. Soft to lie on, great size, great pattern. Looks like it will wash easy. It Repelled a spilt drink at the picnic! All I would say is as it is so lightweight tou need the pegs for the corners or it does move easily in wind / when you move on it
