I ordered a full 3.05 meter width by 5…
I ordered a full 3.05 meter width by 5 meters length I expected it to come on a roll but instead you had folded it many times and although after relaxing the material for a couple of hours the crease down the middle from folding didn’t relax and I know have a raised seam the full 5 meters of length running across my roof not happy about it at all very disappointed with how you sent the item won’t use you again

Hi Jason, thanks for your review and feedback. Whole rolls only go out to roofing merchants with the space to receive them: we couldn't get a roll to most people's properties. In fact, the rubber is so wide that it's even folded on the rolls that we get, so that fold is always present. I would advise to go for the thicker rubber because I think it will last longer and it takes a bit more pulling about.
My only down point would be is that it's very heavy but that's the price of quality.

Delivered in good condition and well wrapped. Got the rubber on just in time for Storm Amy, and I'm pleased to report that everything is bone dry inside :)
