Delivery and customer support require tweaking
Always a quick delivery but they send a courier with no forklift. On one occasion the driver couldn't move the consignment and had to come back another time and he had to push it off out the back of the van.
On another occasion the rubber was pierced. I made a complaint but nobody got back to me.
Products are good and well priced but need to work on the above

No indication at time of ordering they…
No indication at time of ordering they would be closed through our Christmas till 5th of Jan.
They hadn’t even acknowledged my order by the time I phoned them, my roof was complete supplied by another company. I spoke to them on the 5th to cancel, which they then said they couldn’t find my order, they then had the cheek to charge me restocking fee before they even prepared it. Just unprofessional through out. Made £70 from me for nothing.
They aren’t even replying to my order below, says it all to be honest, can’t even find the correct order details. Beggars belief.

Thanks for getting in touch, Dominic: I have investigated the timeline and can see that you placed your order on 22/12 at 1520. You then called in after placing the order and asked to change the size. You were advised then of a 10% restocking fee for the rubber as it had already been cut. When advised that the delivery (dates and times clearly posted on the Delivery page of our website) was likely to be 2nd Jan but you didn’t want to wait that long so cancelled the order. Again, as the product had already been cut to your specific size, you were charged the 10% and refunded the rest on the 22nd. I feel like we've done all we could in the circumstances, and are sorry that you feel that wasn't sufficient.

Excellent products supplied, I purchased a rubber kit to cover a 6x5 meter workshop roof 9 months ago and it is absolutely great and kept its colour and shape through the summer. The kit was supplied with comprehensive instructions for the do it your self.
