I had a great experience with Rua Madeira. The customer service is excellent. It is a little nerve racking to order a chair online that you haven't sat on. But Bastien reached out personally to answer my questions in a timely manner. The payment en delivery was easy & very fast. Very pleased with the look & finish of the Cora chair. The pictures on the website are very representative of the chair itself. Happy with my purchase and the online proces!

I ordered the Rino armchair and the Oscaro desk. Bastien was super helpful and got them delivered extra quickly and even gave some helpful advice on assembly. Both pieces of furniture are beautiful and very high quality.
So all in all a great experience!

Whilst I did expect the armchair to be beautiful, what I was amazed by was the quality of service provided. Bastien went above and beyond in terms of travelling through very bad weather (snow/ice) to do a very quick delivery. He helped by bringing the armchair into my house as my wife was home alone with our new born baby, this meamt an awful lot and I can't thank you enough for that.
