If I could give 0 stars I would. It's been 11 days since I made my first withdrawal request. It's been 5 business days since I made my last withdrawal request. I have 3 pending because thats all they allow you to do. Its pretty stupid they have limits and a brutal policy in place. I waited their 3 business day policy and they still haven't even reviewed my withdrawals. I've contacted support many times and they just give me excuses. They say my provider has an issue which is false. They say my documents need to be verified which again is false. They've said there experiencing delays and to be patient and understanding. Which I have been and still no answer on when my requests will even be approved let alone processed. I've used many sportbooks and there are WAY better options than this one.
