I’m a drum teacher and requested some MP3’s as I had misplaced the CD’s - they back to me with download codes for all three books. Excellent service and very friendly.

They charged me despite canceling.
I canceled my subscription, but they charged me nevertheless, and refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service. Stay away!

Cancelled our 10 year olds drumming…
Cancelled our 10 year olds drumming exam due to a problem with the venue, but didn't notify us until 8 hours afterwards. We sat in the studio for an hour waiting pointlessly, after a 30 minute journey.Their response was indifferent and casual, just saying that it will be rescheduled.
