Excellent fast service. Good communication. Polite and friendly. Highly recommended

New boiler fit. Scott responded quickly with a visit then produced accurate quote. The job went well on the day with and the work was completed as promised within the day. All very neat and all packaging etc. was removed from the flat at the end. Good support from the office as well. Very happy with the whole process.

After the in person consolation we were sent quotes for a range of boilers which suited our needs, after making a decision we were able to be booked in very quickly (this was a non emergency replacement, boiler was just very old). The staff are lovely and very helpful, and had the whole thing fitted and running in a day.

Very speedy and efficient service. I had already accepted a very competitive quotation and was going to have my aged boiler replaced in the spring, but when it failed completely RS Heating were able to complete the work at very short notice, with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Excellent work.

From start to finish the team at RS Heating gave me a feeling of confidence in the work that they were doing. They arrived on the agreed date, finshed within the agreed timescale and in line with the agreed quote. They were happy to explain when I had any questions, they tidied at the end of each day and I could not be happier with the quality of the work carried out.

Nick was extremely informative about the work needed. Lots of investigation was completed on the previous boiler before finally advising the only solution to be a full replacement. Heavily recommend.

Ruth supplied and arranged the fitting within a couple of days which was much appreciated as my tenant had no boiler working . The service was excellent , great advice and a good rate . Really liked the fact that Ruth was happy to liaise directly with the tenant and keep me posted every step of the way .

After initial consultation and advice, old condenser boiler replaced with combi boiler, new upright radiator installed and small radiator fitted so airing cupboard still functional, really happy with all work completed.
Team arrived at time given quickly assessed, got set up and started. Were happy to leave them alone while we went out. All old materials tidied up and taken away at end of day. Professional, hard working and friendly, would recommend and would use again.

From the first contact with Lucy, to Scott coming to quote and the guys Nick, Sam and Steve coming to fit our new Worcester Bosch boiler in a new position, the whole process was friendly, helpful and professional.

After nearly 50 years of faithful service, our original floor standing boiler began making strange and worrying noises and needed to be replaced with a more modern and cost effective heating system. From a short list of five, we chose RS Heating to undertake this challenging work. During the initial meeting, we found Scott to be very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made many very helpful suggestions, quickly found a way to overcome any potential difficulties and we felt reassured to place our trust in his company. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, by two very pleasant and hard working heating engineers, Nick and Sam, with the minimum of disruption to ourselves, and we are very happy with the end result. So now we have a new, modern wall mounted boiler with the gas supply carefully extended to its new position, a new hot water cylinder, a new pump, a new cold water storage tank in the loft, a new flue assembly which complies with the latest regulations, new pipework neatly arranged, an ingeneous and very neat routing of the condensate pipe and the benefit of a power flush. We also have lots of hot water, the prospect of a warm and cosy winter to look forward to and no funny noises. Scott made a special return visit to explain again how to set the digital timer as this was all new to us. We would highly recommend this company.

Scott was really helpful in sorting us out with a new boiler and the work was completed promptly and efficiently with it all left tidily and working.

RS Heating did an excellent job. From booking to fitting and finishing they were very professional. Sam was a very knowledgeable and friendly young man and the team that worked with him were all friendly and skilled in their jobs, couldn't recommend them all highly enough. They were so tidy as well. Very pleased with the workmanship and with the end product.

Used RS Heating to supply and install a new combi boiler in an outdoor cupboard, take out the old boiler, remove both hot water and cold water tanks, put in Hive controls and install a new radiator. Quote was competitive, and what was invoiced.
The whole experience with RS Heating was great, excellent, friendly and prompt visits, prompt quote for the work, brilliant customer service throughout, RS Heating came when they said they would and completed all the work to time and did a great job, kept mess and inconvenience to a really low level, and put things back to good order.
Friendly and helpful team of 2 did the work, and were a pleasure to have in the house.
I cannot speak too highly of the whole experience with RS Heating.
