Disappointed Customer
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and feels very much like a bait-and-switch situation. I ordered two identical African American twin dolls—same complexion, same hair, same eye color—exactly as shown on their website. Instead, the company shipped me two completely different dolls with different labels, different complexions, and different features.
When I reached out, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to make me pay additional fees to return or replace the items. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially when I provided clear photos showing the discrepancies between what I ordered and what they sent. To make matters worse, the dolls arrived with an Amazon label, yet they tried to claim they needed to be returned to China, which makes no sense at all.
The lack of accountability, the back-and-forth, and the refusal to correct their own error without charging me more is beyond ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DOLL
I would give this company negative stars if that were an option. I wish I could upload photos of how this package arrived. The box looks like it has been run over by a truck, then trampled on by a stampede of horses, and then ripped open and duct-taped back together. Unacceptable. It is a gift for a 5-year-old child!

Awful!!! Do not waste your money. You do NOT get what you order. Order such beautiful doll for our granddaughter. Couldn’t wait to get it. Got a total different doll. Hair falling out. She was a mess. I will never order from here again. And it took over a month to get it.

Do not trust the photos on this website. I knew that the doll wasn't likely to look exactly like the photos, but it is terrible quality. We spent over 90.00, including shipping, and it is the junkiest, creepiest, ugliest doll I have ever seen. I wish I could attach photos so you could see the level of how terrible this doll is.

These dolls do NOT look real. They say they hand craft each doll as they are ordered, but my Granddaughters doll was shipped the same day. This couldn't have been hand crafted. When it came I almost had a fit. The body and face are rubbery but that's where the real stops. I contacted them and they offered 10% refund, ($17) but could not totally refund due to being hand crafted. I told them no and got another Email stating 20% back. Just another over seas scam. Do not buy!!

Horrible! I paid almost $100 and it was a terrible excuse of a doll! It looked NOTHING like the doll advertised. It’s a cheap poorly made doll. The out fit was torn, I paid $10 for a box and it was torn and bent! SCAM and a fraud! They need a class action lawsuit slapped on them!!! This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Pathetic!

0 Stars – Horrible Experience
I ordered a doll from RSGDolls and what I received looks nothing like the photos online. The quality is terrible and completely different from what I expected. On top of that, the box arrived looking like it had been through a war dented, torn, and beat up.
I also bought a specific outfit that was supposed to fit this doll, but it turned out way too small. That was another $130 completely wasted. Overall, this was a huge disappointment and a total loss. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

When the dolls arrive damaged and not like the description or photos, the company tries to deter you from returning them under their satisfaction guarantee warranty. They make you ship them back to China, which cost over $50. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company.

Not worth the money
I recieved the doll I ordered and I should of just went to buy a doll from the store. I requested my money back and they offered to give me 10% back. I am stillfighting to get my money back. This doll was nothing like it said. They say money back guarantee but that is not the case. I literally got the doll, took it out of the box for about 5 min, then made a request for money back.

Buyer beware
The doll I received looks nothing like the doll I ordered! Now I have to send it back to China and pay for shipping.
They offered 25% refund if I keep the doll, but that is still way too much for the cheap doll I received. I feel like a fool ordering from this company.
