I have bought a burberry top online. The top does not have the QR tag or authentic code. Unsure if the top is real, paid £230. I have messaged on chat but no reply.

Cancelled my order with no explanation 5 days before Christmas without any option of being able to get a replacement in time. Item I purchased is still available on the website and have had no explanation as to why they cancelled during the “expected delivery date” too.
