Great roofing company
I’m so lucky to have been recommended this roofing company.
My roof needed a repair but wasn’t entirely sure what the issue was. I was having kittens about it and all I could think of was the potential expense as insurance weren’t interested.
Blake came to assess and quote. . He’s a really pleasant young man- used a drone to help him assess the issue and showed me/ fully explained what he thought was needed. Very reassuring .
He then sent me the drone photos.
I Received a proper costed quote a few days later and a timescale and provisional date. He kept in touch by text.
Today the work has been done. A team of 3 came- very pleasant chaps, respectful and hardworking. They didn’t lark about and they behaved and worked professionally. After they had gone, I was sent a description and breakdown of what was done together with about 10 photos.
A bit of finishing off to do tomorrow but all in all it wasn’t the daunting experience I had anticipated.
I can’t praise them highly enough.
I get fed up with tradespeople you have to keep chasing up. None of that here. Totally brilliant
